Heatmiser neoStat-e
The neoStat is a beautiful and stylish fully programmable thermostat available in a choice of 3 colours, Glacier White, Sapphire Black and Platinum Silver. Designed with modern soft touch technology and a simple intuitive navigation menu and capable of switching up to 16 amps this is a perfect addition for control of your Redwell heating panel. Your neoStats can also be remotely controlled from anywhere thanks to the simple plug and play neoHub. Manual Download.
Heatmiser neoAir
The Heatmiser neoAir programmable wireless thermostat offers a smarter way to control your Redwell heaters. The Heatmiser neoAir is a battery powered wireless thermostat and is compatible with our Heatmiser Wireless Receiver. In addition, neoStat and neoAir communicate wirelessly to the neoHub to offer a reliable and scalable network system that you can control from your SmartPhone.
The neoHub connects to your existing router and allows remote access to your heating system via your SmartPhone. Manual Download
Homekit-Enabled Heatmiser neoHub Gen 2
The neoHub communicates with your neoStats via mesh networking technology allowing you to control your Redwell heating system from your SmartPhone wherever you are. The neoHub connects via an Ethernet cable (supplied) to your home broadband router. 240V power supply, adaptors and a mini USB power lead are also supplied. Remote updates are automatically installed to you neoHub ensuring you are always running the latest firmware. The Heatmiser neo App is available free of charge from iTunes or Google Play Store. Heatmiser 16 amp RF Switch
The Heatmiser 16 amp RF switch is a wireless thermostat receiver that can connect either a single heater or multiple heaters to a single NEO Air thermostat. The unit is surfaced mount for easy installation. Manual Download

Our heaters are made in Austria and orders are picked up every Thursday for delivery the following week. We hold some stock in the UK so please contact us if your order is urgent and we will try our best to help.
If you have ordered a Private Print Heater then this will take an extra 2 weeks due to the printing process and quality control.
Deliveries will be made on a pallet and the delivery company will make contact with you at the beginning of the week your delivery is due. They will then arrange the best day for delivery with you direct.
PLEASE CHECK THE DELIVERY BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT. DAMAGED PANELS CANNOT BE CHANGED AFTER THE DELIVERY HAS BEEN SIGNED FOR.
